Description
If you spend time on the trail, you know how much the weather can mess with your ride. Sun, wind, dust, rain—it all takes a toll. A good windshield keeps the elements off you and your passenger while you're out there, and it protects your cab from flying rocks and brush that come at you on rougher terrain. This flip windshield for your Polaris RZR Trail S 900 gives you three ways to run it: fully closed for maximum protection, wide open for fresh air, or vented to find the sweet spot in between.
What You're Getting
The package comes fully assembled and ready to bolt on. You get the polycarbonate panel itself, a rubber bulb seal that runs the full length for a tight fit against your machine, heavy-duty clamps and latches to hold everything solid, and gas struts that support the panel smoothly. Installation takes an afternoon at most—nothing complicated.
The Material
SuperATV builds this from 1/4-inch polycarbonate, which is genuinely tough stuff. It's 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than plain glass, so it won't shatter from trail debris or branches. It's also lightweight, so you're not adding extra weight to your RZR. The XR Optic Hard Coating gets applied to both sides to stop scratches before they start and shields against UV damage. That coating keeps your view clear and the panel looking new even after years of hard use and sun exposure.
