Polaris RZR XP 1000 7-10" Lift Kit

A Polaris RZR XP 1000 is already built to handle serious terrain, but lift it up 7 to 10 inches and you've got a whole different machine. You'll clear obstacles that stop everyone else, fit up to 36-inch tires, and turn heads doing it. This adjustable lift kit from SuperATV lets you dial in exactly the height you want—whether that's 7 inches or the full 10—and actually get the clearance you're after.

How It Works

The suspension arms are all designed for high clearance, so rocks, roots, and trail junk won't catch your A-arms, trailing arms, or radius arms. You get real ground clearance without sacrificing how the machine drives or handles. Most people expect a big lift to make steering feel tight and riding feel rough, but this kit doesn't do that. It climbs without fighting you.

Built Tough

The A-arms use 1-1/4 inch chromoly steel tubing—75% thicker than what came from the factory—with extra cross bracing welded in for real strength. Tie rods are 7/8 solid chromoly bar. Lift brackets are 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel. Everything's built to handle abuse on the trail without bending or failing.

Axle Options

You get two choices here. Go with the standard setup, or step up to X300 axles. The X300 uses a 300M steel shaft that flexes under load instead of snapping, which protects your CVs, diff, and transmission when you're really working hard. It's the stronger option if you're pushing it hard.

What's Included

The kit comes with a Steering Stop Kit built in. This limits how far you can turn the wheel, which keeps your tires from rubbing the body and prevents your axles from binding up during tight reverse maneuvers. It also fits your stock shocks—no need to buy new ones.
