Built Solid, Ready to Bolt On
These doors arrive fully put together. No assembly required on your end. Just bolt them to your machine and you're done—takes maybe 15 minutes. They fit snug with zero rattle because they're precision bent on a CNC brake to match your RZR's shape. The frame is 1" diameter tube steel, and the doors themselves are 2 mm thick aluminum plate. They bolt right to your existing OEM latches, so everything lines up perfectly with how your machine was designed.
