Polaris RZR XP 1000 Aluminum Roof

Long days under the sun without protection can turn any ride into a sweaty, uncomfortable ordeal. A solid roof makes all the difference—you stay cooler, stay dry when weather turns, and your machine looks more finished. This aluminum roof is built tough to handle whatever terrain you throw at it while keeping you protected from the elements.

How It's Made

SuperATV cuts and forms this roof from 2mm aluminum sheet stock using CNC laser cutting and precision brake pressing. That level of accuracy means it sits flush on your Polaris RZR XP 1000 with zero gaps. The roof comes with heavy-duty gaskets and solid clamps that hold everything rock-solid—no rattle, no movement, no worries about it coming loose on rough ground.

Weather Protection That Actually Works

Aluminum absorbs and sheds heat naturally, so you won't be roasting in direct sun the way you would in an open cab. Rain runs right off instead of pooling or dripping inside. Whether it's scorching heat or unexpected showers, this roof keeps you in control and comfortable enough to focus on the trail.

Look and Style

The flat top surface gives you options—stick decals on it, mount gear, or leave it clean and polished. The low-profile design with powder coat finish looks sharp either way and blends with most machine setups without looking bolted-on or out of place.
