Rock crawling and mud running beat up your stock A-arms fast. The factory setup just isn't built to handle the abuse that comes with serious trail time. That's where these control arms step in—they're wider, tougher, and ready to take what you throw at them.
What You're Getting
These A-arms come with 1.5-inch diameter tubing, which is a half-inch thicker than what Polaris bolted on from the factory. You also get a forward offset of 1.5 inches, which means you can fit 34-inch tires without needing a lift kit. They arrive with HDPE bushings already installed, and you have the choice of adjustable pivot blocks or double heim joints, depending on your build.
Why The Extra Size Matters
Thicker tubing means more strength when you're pushing through rocks, roots, and rutted terrain. The 1.5-inch forward offset lengthens your wheelbase, giving you a more planted, stable feel on rough ground. Your machine will sit taller in the clearance department, too—that extra room under the A-arms lets you power over obstacles you'd have to pick your line around before.
Protection From The Elements
SuperATV finishes these with a UV-resistant powder coat, so rust and corrosion won't eat away at them after a few seasons of hard riding. The coating holds up to mud, water, and sun exposure, keeping them looking sharp and staying strong.
Two Ways To Set Them Up
Adjustable Pivot Blocks: These come pre-dialed to match your RZR's factory settings, so you can bolt them on and ride. If you add a lift or bigger tires down the road, the pivot blocks let you dial in your camber to stop premature tire wear.
Double Heim Joints: A 3/4-inch bore and 7/8-inch threads make these a solid match for portal axles. They're built for mud and rough terrain, and you can still adjust your camber without ball joints getting in the way.
Ball Joint Options
You have three choices. Standard-duty joints use hardened chromoly steel with zinc plating—solid as the OEM part but without the OEM cost. Heavy-duty units step up to 4340 VAR steel and grease zerks for easier maintenance, and they'll handle double the load of a factory joint. If you want maximum strength, the Super-Duty 300M option uses aerospace-grade steel and sits 2.25 times stronger than stock.
