Polaris RZR XP 1000 Atlas Pro 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

These A-arms give your Polaris RZR XP 1000 real beef where it counts. Stock control arms limit what you can tackle and how much ground clearance you've got. Swap them out, and you get tubes that are half an inch thicker, better geometry for handling bigger tires, and the strength to handle whatever terrain you throw at them.

You get a pair of SuperATV A-arms built from 1.5-inch diameter tubing—that's noticeably thicker than stock. They're designed with a 1.5-inch forward offset to give you extra wheelbase length, which means you can run 34-inch tires without needing a lift kit. The arms come with HDPE bushings already installed and a UV-resistant powder coat to keep rust at bay.

The 1.5-inch tube diameter is a half-inch step up from what Polaris bolted on originally. That extra wall thickness translates to parts that can handle abuse from rocks, ruts, and branches without bending or cracking. Add in the powder coating, and these things won't corrode even if you're constantly in mud and water.

That 1.5-inch forward offset lengthens your wheelbase slightly, which improves stability when you're pushing it hard. You also get more ground clearance to clear obstacles you'd have to pick a different line around before. The adjustable pivot blocks let you dial in camber if you add a lift or go with taller rubber—or just leave them set to stock specs right out of the box.

You've got choices here. Go with standard ball joints for basic replacement strength, heavy-duty units that can handle serious abuse, or the super-duty 300M joints if you're building something extreme. If you run double heim joints instead, you get maximum adjustability and work well with portal upgrades—the 3/4 bore and 7/8 threads fit those setups perfectly.
