Polaris RZR XP 1000 Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms

If you're running bigger tires or just want your RZR to handle rough terrain without binding up, these A-arms are built to take it. We've made them noticeably thicker than what comes from the factory—1.5 inch diameter tubing with 0.138 inch walls. That's half an inch bigger in diameter than stock and a quarter inch larger than our standard arms. The 2 degree forward offset lets you fit up to 35 inch tires without needing a lift kit, and you'll pick up an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance too.

Atlas Pro Tubing—Serious Strength

We built these as our heaviest-duty option yet. Starting with our proven design, we bumped up the wall thickness by 0.25 inch to get that beefy 1.5 inch diameter. Everything gets wrapped in a UV-resistant powder coat that shrugs off sun, salt, and the elements so you're not looking at rust down the road.

Adjustable Pivot Blocks and Tie Rods

The 24 mm adjustable pivot blocks let you dial in camber to kill premature tire wear. SuperATV pre-sets them to stock specs from the factory, so most folks never need to touch them. You also get a complete chromoly tie rod kit with solid steel bars and easy toe adjustment built right in.

Ball Joint Options

You get three choices here. The Heavy Duty joints use hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and grease zerks for regular maintenance—they handle roughly double the load of factory joints. Step up to the Super Duty 300M grade and you're looking at 2.25 times stronger than stock, with a steel-on-steel adjustable design. The Keller Ball Joints feature a two-piece snap-ring-free design that threads on like a bolt, making them nearly impossible to separate—they're the pick for maximum abuse.
