Description
Winter riding doesn't mean freezing in your RZR. This cab heater taps directly into your engine's coolant system to push warm air into the cabin—the same way your truck heater works. You'll stay comfortable on cold rides, and you get the bonus of defrosting your windshield so you can actually see where you're going.
How It Works
The heater pulls hot coolant from your engine and routes it through a core mounted under the dash between the seats. You control the temperature and fan speed to dial in exactly how warm you want it. Two defrost vents route through your dash to clear ice and fog off the glass without looking bolted-on.
What You Get
The kit comes complete: radiator hoses, mounting plates sized for the RZR 1000, drill bits, and all the hose runs you need to tie into your coolant lines. Wiring hooks straight to your RZR's existing key-on and power points—no extra relays or complicated circuits.
Built to Handle Temperature Swings
The hoses and core are rated from -40°F to 285°F, so whether it's brutal cold outside or your engine's running hot, the whole system stays reliable. SuperATV's setup moves heat fast enough that your cab warms up in minutes, not hours.
Speed Up Warm-Up Time
Two accessory options let you dial in comfort faster. A quick-start flow valve cuts warm-up time in half by directing all coolant straight to the heater core until the engine reaches full temp. An idle flow pump keeps coolant moving even at low RPM, so you get heat in about 30 seconds—useful when you're idling or moving slowly.
