Polaris RZR XP 1000 Cab Heater

Winter riding doesn't mean freezing in your cab. This heater taps directly into your engine's coolant system to deliver warm air just like a car heater does. It mounts low under the dash between the seats—completely out of sight and out of the way. You control the temperature and fan speed to dial in exactly how much heat you want.

What You're Getting
The kit comes with everything needed to get rolling: rubber hoses sized for your machine, drill bits, and mounting brackets that bolt right to your RZR's frame. Wiring is dead simple since the system hooks into your existing key-on and power terminals. Installation takes a few hours if you're methodical, or less if you've done cab work before.

Defrost and Visibility
Two separate defrost vents keep your windshield clear of snow, ice, and fog. SuperATV routes these through the dash so they sit flush like factory equipment. No janky hoses running around your interior.

Built to Last
The radiator hoses are rated from -40°F all the way to 285°F. Whether you're idling in a blizzard or pushing hard on a warm trail, the components won't crack, swell, or fail. This heater handles the extremes.

Speed Up Warm-Up (Optional Add-Ons)
Want heat faster? A quick-start flow valve cuts your warm-up time in half by forcing coolant straight to the heater core when the engine's cold, then automatically switching flow back to your radiator once temps come up. Or go with an idle flow pump to keep coolant moving so you get hot air in about 30 seconds, even when you're crawling or sitting still.
