Polaris RZR XP 1000 Flip Down Glass Windshield

If you've taken your Polaris RZR XP 1000 or RZR XP 4 1000 out in rough conditions, you know how fast a windshield can get damaged. This flip-down glass windshield solves that problem. It moves between two positions—locked upright like a normal shield, or fully lowered—so you control exactly how much air and weather hits you. The glass is DOT-approved, and the whole setup won't crack under the bumps and vibrations that usually wreck standard windshields.

How It Stays in One Piece

The frame is steel, not aluminum. Steel is stiffer, which means less flex when you're bouncing around, and less flex means the glass stays safe. The frame is powder-coated so it won't rust. Around the edges, thick rubber gaskets and bumpers cushion the glass from impacts, and there's a seal running all the way around that absorbs vibrations before they reach the glass itself. It basically stops every way a windshield can break.

What's Included

You get the windshield fully assembled—the glass is already set into the steel frame, so there's no fiddly glass installation on your end. A single manual wiper comes in the box, and there are two spots on the frame where you can mount it (left or right, your choice). You also get an injection-molded vent built right in. On days when it's cool but you want some air, crack that vent open instead of flipping the whole thing down.
