Polaris RZR XP 1000 High Clearance 1.5" Forward A-Arms

Stock A-arms limit how far you can push your RZR. They can't handle aggressive terrain, they don't give you room for bigger tires, and they'll hold you back on the trail. These high clearance A-arms solve that problem by giving you the extra space and strength to run steeper lines, clear larger obstacles, and fit up to 32" tires without a lift kit. The forward offset geometry combined with a 1.5" gain in ground clearance means you're getting serious capability without major suspension work.

What You Get

The set includes a pair of chromoly A-arms with threaded ball joints already installed, along with UHMW bushings that come pre-mounted and ready to bolt on. Everything's finished in UV-resistant powder coating to handle sun and trail abuse. A lifetime warranty backs the entire assembly.

Built Tough From The Ground Up

These aren't stock-sized parts. The tubing measures 1.25" in diameter with 3.5mm wall thickness—that's 25% thicker than what comes from the factory. SuperATV builds them from chromoly steel, which is one of the strongest alloys you can use in suspension work.

The threaded ball joints are where the real durability shows. They're machined from 4340 steel with a straight stud design instead of the tapered design OEM joints use. The M38 threads let you screw them straight into the A-arm housing, then lock them down with thread locker and a snap ring. This design is roughly 3 times stronger than stock and holds up to years of hard riding with zero maintenance thanks to the self-lubricating bushings.

Fitment Notes

Full camber adjustment is built in so you can dial in your geometry to your liking. The dual-bend design is the key to getting that 1.5" of extra clearance without lifting the machine.
