Polaris RZR XP 1000 High Clearance Boxed A-Arms

If you're pushing your Polaris RZR XP 1000 hard on rough ground, stock A-arms can leave you fighting the terrain instead of flowing through it. These boxed A-arms swap out that sloppy setup for something that actually handles the beating. You get better clearance, a stronger structure, and the ability to tune your camber to how you actually drive. That means smoother trail time and less bounce.

Ground Clearance That Makes a Difference

The bent design on these arms sits you up an extra 1.5" higher than what came from the factory. Rocks, ruts, and rocky sections that would scrape stock arms roll under you without drama. You don't need a full lift kit—this geometry does the work.

Built Tough, Built to Last

Forget about flimsy parts. These are constructed from 1/8" thick steel plating—about 25% stiffer than OEM components. Trail debris, branches, and rough abuse won't bend these things. A UV-resistant powder coat protects against rust and weather, and UHMW bushings come pre-installed so you're ready to bolt them on. SuperATV backs the whole package with a lifetime warranty, so if something goes sideways, you're covered.

Camber Adjustment (If You Want It)

Adding weight or running a lift can wear tires unevenly unless you dial in the camber angle. The included adjustable pivot blocks let you do that easily—but it's totally optional. They ship set to stock specs, so you can ride them as-is if that's your preference.

Three Ball Joint Options

You need ball joints to complete the install, and you've got choices:

• Super Duty 300M: Built from 300M steel with steel-on-steel pivots. Grease zerk for easy maintenance. 2.25x stronger than stock.
• Heavy Duty 4340 VAR: Hardened 4340 steel with zinc plating. Accessible grease fitting. Lab tests show it handles double the load of factory joints.
• Standard Duty Chromoly: Zinc-plated chromoly studs and housing. Matches or beats factory strength at a fair price.

If you don't pick ball joints during checkout, you'll need to reuse your stock ones.

Free Install Option

Order the A-arms with ball joints and SuperATV will assemble them for free. Spend your weekend on the trail instead of in the garage.
