Description
Saturday morning looks like a washout, but that doesn't mean your trail time has to be. This motorized flip windshield for your Polaris RZR XP 1000 lets you keep going no matter what the weather throws at you. Flip it open when it's nice out, close it down when things get wet, or stop it anywhere in between—all with a simple button on your dashboard. The fit is tight and rattle-free, and installation takes just a few hours with basic tools.
What You Get
We pack everything needed for a clean install. You get full-color instructions with actual photos of the process, not just sketches. All clamps, brackets, seals, and electronic actuators come in the box. The actuators are built to stay locked solid whether you're hammering over rocks or scraping through brush—they won't budge until you hit the button to move the windshield again.
The Material
The windshield is molded from polycarbonate, which is 250 times tougher than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic. That means flying rocks and trail branches aren't going to do much damage. The polycarbonate gets coated with XR Optic Hard Coating on both sides, which resists scratches and keeps UV damage at bay. No yellowing or sunspots—it'll stay clear year after year.
Built and Tested
These windshields are designed and made in-house by SuperATV, then put through real-world ride testing before they hit the shelf. Hundreds of thousands of these are out on trails right now, so you're getting something that's proven to work.
