Polaris RZR XP 1000 RackBoss® 2.0 Rack and Pinion

Your RZR's steering rack takes a beating. After enough trail time, it gets loose, sloppy, and kills your steering response. The RackBoss® 2.0 fixes that. It's built to handle big tires, rough terrain, and years of hard riding without developing the play and wear you get from the stock setup.

The secret is SuperATV's dual-bushing design—we call it X24 Tech. Instead of single bushings like stock racks, both ends get tough PTFE bushings that work together to cut wear by over 50%. That means your steering stays crisp and responsive, even when you're running oversized rubber or plowing through rocky ground. Grease fittings built into the system let you purge mud and water that creeps in during hard play, keeping everything clean and tight longer.

The rack comes paired with your choice of tie rod:

Swaged Steel Tube — A solid middle ground. The 7/8" tube gets swaged to add strength without excess weight. Pairs 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads with 14 mm outer ends. Includes rebuildable inner ball joints you can service yourself.

Solid Steel Bar — For the rider who wants pure toughness. The 1" diameter steel rod laughs at big tires and rough terrain. You get 3/4" outer tie rod ends, 3/4" and 16 mm inner threads, and rebuildable joints. Built for boulder fields and slop.

Billet Aluminum Hex — Maximum strength with minimum weight and looks to match. Polished 6061 billet construction paired with oversized 3/4" outer ends and 3/4"/16 mm inner threads. The pick for serious builds.

All three versions come with the dual-bushing rack, grease fittings, inner boots, steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, studs, and hardware.
