The Build
These guards start with 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum ā the same material used in real aerospace work. It's strong enough to shrug off repeated punishment from rocks and trail debris, and it fits your Polaris like it came from the factory. There's no guesswork or grinding needed.
Color & Finish Options
Right out of the box, you get solid aluminum guards. If you want them finished in black powder coat instead, add $30 to your order. Black is the only powder coat color we offer for these.
Just know that if you pick the powder coat, add an extra 1-2 weeks to when your guards ship out.
