Polaris RZR XP 1000 Track Bars

When you're running a lifted RZR XP 1000 with big tires and a portal gear setup, your suspension takes a beating. All that extra weight hanging out at the wheels creates serious leverage on every bump and rut you hit. Without proper bracing, you're asking your A-arms to handle forces they weren't designed to manage alone. Track bars solve this by giving your front suspension a second anchor point back to the frame—basically a reinforcement that keeps everything from bending or breaking under hard abuse.

What You're Getting

This kit includes a pair of track bars built from 1.25-inch steel tubing with heavy-duty heim joints at both ends. Each bar mounts to the frame using 1/8-inch steel plating, which creates a rock-solid connection that won't budge. The mounting clamps are oversized and designed to stay put without needing any welding. Even though they're beefy, they only extend a couple inches down from the frame, so you won't lose much ground clearance.

How It Works

Think of track bars as a second set of hands holding your suspension in place. By adding another pivot point between your A-arm and the frame, they virtually double the strength of your front end. This means you can tackle bigger impacts with bigger tires and lifted suspensions without worrying about A-arm failure. The bars use what's called Double Axis geometry—precision angles that let your suspension move through its full range without binding up or compromising clearance.

SuperATV's design keeps the geometry dialed in so you get maximum strength and travel without sacrificing anything else. The clamps won't break under normal use, and every bar is tested before it ships.

Compatibility Notes: These work with SuperATV's 7-10 lift kits or 1.5 forward offset A-arms. Your machine needs a 2-piece frame—they don't work with boxed A-arms or Atlas Pro A-arms.
