This kit is built for the 2016-2022 Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 High Lifter (four-seater).
Two Ways to Set It Up
All Aluminum Option: Every piece is 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum — tough stuff that handles serious impacts and stays rigid where it counts.
Aluminum with UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids swap out for thick 1/2" ultra high molecular weight plastic (UHMW). This stuff slides over rocks and logs instead of catching on them, which means less drag and better ground clearance feel. Rest of the kit stays aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Options
If you want your protection to look sharp, add a black powder coat finish. Just know that it'll tack on 1-2 weeks to the shipping time.
- Partial Black: A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders coated — add $140. This works great if you go with the UHMW frame skids and want the aluminum bits to match.
- Full Black: Everything gets coated — bash plate, A-arm guards, linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids — add $265. (UHMW can't take a powder coat, so this is for the all-aluminum setup.)
