Your four-seat RZR XP 4 1000 High Lifter sits low and covers a lot of ground — which means more frame underneath to catch rocks, stumps, and logs hiding in mud and brush. This full frame skid plate set protects everything from the front bumper area all the way back. Take a hit on the trail, and you walk away with a scuff. Skip it, and you're looking at a bent frame and a tow-out.
What You're Getting
The set includes the full frame coverage plus a front bash plate that takes the real punishment up front. It all bolts on solid with our hardware — everything you need to mount it up right out of the box.
Pick Your Build
- All Aluminum: Full set is 3/16" aircraft-grade 5052-H32 aluminum. Strong, stiff, and built to absorb punishment.
- Aluminum Frame with 1/4" UHMW Skids: Frame protection gets a 1/4" ultra-high molecular weight plastic layer on top of the 3/16" aluminum base. Soaks up impacts better and slides over rocks without catching.
- Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Skids: The frame skids step up to thick 1/2" UHMW plastic — excellent at resisting scrapes and slides smoothly over obstacles. Your front bash plate stays 3/16" aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want to dress it up in black instead of bare metal? You can add a black powder coat finish to the aluminum pieces for $155 extra. Fair warning: UHMW plastic can't be coated, so this works only on the all-aluminum kits. Adding powder coat usually means tacking on 1-2 weeks to your ship time.
