The four-seat Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 is a long machine, which means a lot of undercarriage hanging out there waiting to meet rocks, stumps, and ledge drop-offs. Without protection, one hard hit can bend your frame and ruin the day. This full skid plate set covers your belly from front to back — bash plate up front, then frame protection all the way back — so when you clip something solid, you get a scrape and keep moving instead of a bent frame and a tow-out.

Pick Your Setup
3/16" Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Straight aluminum throughout — tough, stiff, and ready to absorb hard hits.
Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Layer: The skid plates get a layer of UHMW plastic laminated on top of the 3/16" aluminum. That extra layer eats impacts and slides over rocks without sticking. Great all-around choice.
Aluminum + Thick 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids jump up to 1/2" of UHMW plastic — super slippery, wears like iron. The bash plate and other pieces stay aluminum. Best for rocky terrain where you want maximum glide.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want black instead of bare metal? Add a black powder coat finish for an extra $155. This works on the aluminum kits only — UHMW can't be coated. If you pick powder coat, add about 1-2 weeks to your ship time.
