Description
The four-seat Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo sits low where it counts, and your frame and engine take the first hit when you're charging through rocky terrain, creek beds, and technical sections. This full frame skid plate set runs the length of the undercarriage—starting with the front bash plate and covering everything back—so you walk away from hard impacts with maybe a scratch instead of a bent frame and a tow-out for the crew.
Fits These Models
Works on the 2016-2017 Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo EPS and the 2018-2021 RZR XP 4 Turbo.
What You Get
- Complete frame skid plate set including the front bash plate
- All bolts and fasteners needed for installation—including custom hardware designed to lock everything down tight
Material Options
Pick the setup that matches your riding style:
- 3/16" Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Pure aluminum throughout the whole set. Tough, rigid, and handles serious impacts without folding.
- Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer: Frame skids get a bonded 1/4" UHMW plastic layer on top of 3/16" aluminum for better shock absorption and a slippery surface that sheds rocks instead of catching them.
- Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: Swap the frame skids for thick 1/2" UHMW plastic—super resistant to scrapes and built to slide over obstacles without sticking.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want it to look good too? Add a glossy black powder coat finish to your bash plate and frame skids for $155 extra. This coating comes in black only and is available for aluminum kits—UHMW plastic can't be coated. If you choose black powder coat, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships out.
