Your Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo S is built to go hard, but the frame, A-arms, rear suspension, and side panels are sitting right where rocks, logs, and ledges can take shots at them. This complete protection kit covers all those vulnerable spots in one go — so when you hit something solid, the skids and guards absorb the punishment instead of your wallet.

Pick Your Build
All Aluminum (3/16" 5052-H32): Every component is aircraft-grade aluminum. It's stiff, strong, and handles serious hits without flexing.
Aluminum Plus UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids get a bump up to thick 1/2" UHMW plastic — that's ultra-high molecular weight stuff that shrugs off abrasion and slides over rocks instead of catching on them. Everything else stays aluminum.

Finish Options
If you want your protection to look as tough as it is, add a black powder coat finish. You've got two ways to go:
- Partial Black: A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders. That's $150 extra and works great if you're running the UHMW frame skids and want the rest blacked out.
- Full Black: Everything — bash plate, A-arm guards, linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids. That's $275 more. (Note: UHMW doesn't take powder coat, so this option is for the all-aluminum setup.)
Adding black powder coat will tack on 1–2 weeks to when it ships out.
