Your RZR XP 4 Turbo S sits low and handles serious terrain, which means the frame and undercarriage are taking hits constantly — rocks, logs, stumps, jagged ledges. This full frame skid plate set runs the length of your machine from front to back, protecting everything underneath. One solid impact with protection means a small scrape. Without it, you're looking at a bent frame and a trip back to the trailer.

What You're Getting

The set includes a full frame skid plate with a front bash plate up front, plus all the bolts and mounting hardware you need to bolt it straight on. We include our own proprietary hardware to make sure everything stays locked down tight.

Pick Your Build

You've got two choices here:

• All Aluminum: Full 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum construction throughout. Solid, rigid, and takes a beating at speed without folding.
• Aluminum + UHMW Frame Skids: Same aluminum up front and across the frame, but the frame skids switch to 1/2" UHMW (ultra high molecular weight plastic). This stuff is slippery — it'll slide over rocks and ledges instead of catching on them and can handle serious abrasion.

Black Powder Coat Option

Want to go all black instead of keeping the raw metal look? You can add a black powder coat finish to the aluminum parts for $155 extra. Just keep in mind — powder coat only works on aluminum, not the UHMW skids. If you go this route, tack on an extra 1-2 weeks for shipping while the coating gets done. Looks sharp and it's worth the wait.
