Polaris RZR XP Full Windshield

What You Get

The windshield comes ready to bolt on. You'll get a full-length rubber seal that runs along the bottom to stop rattle and vibration, plus heavy-duty clamps that lock everything down tight. Installation's straightforward—no special tools or tricks needed. The whole thing is precision-cut to fit your hood perfectly, so there's no guesswork.

The Material

This is a quarter-inch polycarbonate build. That matters because polycarbonate is genuinely tough stuff—it'll take flying rocks, branches, and all kinds of trail abuse without shattering or cracking like glass would. You get real durability here, not something that's going to fail on you halfway through the season.

XR Optic Hard Coating Option

If you want extra protection, there's an optional hard coating you can add at checkout. It makes the surface more resistant to scratches and scuffs from dust and handling. The coating also blocks UV, so your windshield won't yellow or fade after lots of sun exposure. It's a solid upgrade if you run long days in bright conditions.

Full vs. Flip: Which One?

Full windshield: Gives you maximum coverage from wind and weather. Works with wipers and defrosters. Best for cold rides, rain, and highway sections. You just leave it up and forget about it.

Flip windshield: You can swing it up, prop it halfway, or close it all the way depending on conditions. Great for switching between hot and cold, or when you need more airflow on technical terrain. Takes a bit more care because of the hinges and seals.
