Polaris RZR XP Full Windshield

When you're out on the trail, wind, rain, dust, and flying debris can wear you down fast. A full windshield keeps all that stuff off you and out of your face so you can focus on the ride ahead. This one's built to fit your Polaris RZR XP perfectly and stay put no matter how rough things get.

What You Get

The windshield arrives ready to bolt on. You'll get a full-length rubber seal that runs the width of the glass—this kills rattle and keeps the fit snug. Heavy-duty clamps come included to lock everything down tight. Installation is straightforward and shouldn't take much time in the garage.

Material and Build

This is a 1/4" polycarbonate windshield, the same tough plastic used in riot shields and cockpit canopies. It's roughly 25 times stronger than acrylic and about 250 times tougher than regular glass. When rocks kick up, branches snap back, or you're just pushing hard over rough ground, this thing shrugs it off without cracking or clouding up on you.

SuperATV makes this from scratch-resistant polycarbonate that won't yellow or fade even after months of intense sun exposure. If you want extra durability, there's an optional XR Optic hard coating available at checkout. That proprietary coating adds another layer of scratch protection and boosts UV resistance even further, keeping your windshield looking clear season after season.

Full Windshield vs. Flip Style

Full Windshield: Total coverage from top to bottom. Best for cold weather, steady rain, and highway sections. Works with your wipers and defroster if your machine has them. Once it's installed, you're set.

Flip Windshield: Flips up and down so you can go full coverage, partially vented, or completely open depending on conditions. Great if weather changes a lot or you switch between highway and tight trails. Takes a bit more upkeep with the seals and hinges.
