Polaris RZR XP In-Dash Cab Heater

Winter trail rides don't have to mean numb fingers and a fogged-up windshield. When you're out in the cold, your cab gets chilly and frost builds up fast on the inside glass. A cab heater solves both problems by tapping into your engine's coolant system and pushing warm air right where you need it. This heater mounts directly into your dash, so you're not losing any cab real estate, and it stays hidden when you're not using it.

What You Get
The kit includes everything to get you running: rocker switches, hoses rated for extreme temperatures, all the wiring you'll need, and two defrost vents. Installation happens under the dash and out of sight. When it's done, it looks like it came from the factory.

How It Works
Engine coolant flows through the heater core and warms the air blowing into your cab. The longer you ride, the hotter your engine gets, and the warmer your heater blows. Those hoses can handle temperatures from -40°F all the way to 285°F, so you're covered whether it's a brutal winter day or the engine's running hot on a long trail run. The defrost vents clear frost off your windshield without you having to stop and scrape.

Speeding Up the Warm-Up
Two upgrades are available to get heat faster. A quick-start flow valve cuts warm-up time in half by routing all the coolant to your heater core when the engine is still cold. Once things heat up, it automatically opens to let coolant reach the radiator too. An idle flow pump does the job differently—it actively pushes coolant through the system even at idle, so you get hot air in about 30 seconds. You can run both together for the quickest possible heat.
