Polaris RZR XP Turbo 3" Chromoly Tubed Long Travel Kit

When you're pushing hard through rough terrain, your stock suspension geometry and arms are working against you. This 3" long travel kit for the Polaris RZR Turbo replaces your front and rear suspension geometry with stronger, longer-travel pieces that let you handle bigger hits and steeper terrain without bottoming out or bending parts. You get more ground clearance—2" more than stock—plus a suspension setup designed to actually handle the abuse your machine takes on the trail.

What You're Getting

This is a complete front and rear suspension replacement. Inside the box you'll find four Rhino 2.0 axles, chromoly A-arms for the front, rear trailing arms, aluminum radius arms, sway bar links, extended tie rods with heavy-duty ends, longer brake lines to match the suspension travel, and all the bolts and hardware you need to bolt it together. Everything shows up ready to install.

The Suspension Arms

SuperATV builds the A-arms from chromoly steel tubing—the material is thicker and stronger than what Polaris runs stock. The tube walls are 25% larger, which means more material working for you when you're absorbing impacts. The arms use a dual-bend design that carves out extra space for suspension movement, so your machine doesn't bind up as it travels. Hand-welded construction keeps things solid where it counts.

Ball Joints That Actually Hold Up

Instead of the tapered studs Polaris uses, these ball joints are built from 4340 steel and feature a straight stud design that's roughly 3x tougher than stock. They screw directly into the A-arms using M38 threads—no need for a hydraulic press to install them. A snap ring and thread-locking compound keep them locked in place, even when you're hitting rocks and roots all day. They're built to handle the real world.

Rhino 2.0 Axles

Four Rhino 2.0 axles come with this kit. They're made from hardened 4340 chromoly steel and handle extreme suspension angles—40°+ without overheating. The CV joints are optimized to work with long-travel geometry, and the shafts are twice as strong as factory. They come with an 18-month warranty and don't need a break-in period.
