Polaris RZR XP Turbo Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms

Running bigger tires on your RZR means you need suspension parts that can actually handle the load. These A-arms are built heavier than stock, with a forward offset design that lets you fit 35-inch tires without needing a lift kit. The tubing is thicker and wider than anything we make in our standard line, so you're getting real strength where it counts.

Tube Size and Build

The arms feature 1.5 inch diameter tubing with 0.138 inch thick walls. That's a full 0.5 inches larger in diameter than factory pieces and 0.25 inches thicker than our regular A-arm option. SuperATV finishes them with UV-resistant powder coat to fight rust and sun damage over time.

Room for Big Rubber

A 2-degree forward offset built into the geometry gets you clearance for 35-inch tires without a suspension lift. The bend profile also picks up an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance, so you've got more room to work with on rough terrain.

Adjustable Pivot Blocks and Alignment

Each arm comes with 24 mm adjustable pivot blocks that let you dial in camber to your liking. Proper camber keeps tire wear even and handling predictable. We pre-set them to match your RZR's factory specs, so most guys don't need to touch them right away.

Tie Rod Kit Included

Solid steel tie rods with chromoly ends come in the box. These handle hard riding and rough terrain without bending, and you can adjust toe-in without pulling your machine apart.

Ball Joint Options

You get three choices for ball joints, depending on how hard you ride:

• Heavy Duty: 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and grease zerks. Lab testing shows they handle double the load of factory joints.
• Super Duty 300M: Built from 300M grade steel—the strongest material available—and adjustable. Steel-on-steel design makes maintenance simple, and they're 2.25 times stronger than stock.
• Keller: Two-piece design threads on like a nut and bolt, so they won't pull loose. Chromoly stud and tool-steel body hold up to bigger machines and heavier abuse.

Pre-Assembly Option

If you order a set of ball joints with your A-arms, SuperATV will install them for you at no charge. Saves you time and gets you rolling faster.
