Polaris RZR XP Turbo Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms

Running bigger tires on your Polaris RZR XP Turbo or XP 4 Turbo? These A-arms give you the room and strength to do it without a lift kit. The tubing is beefed up to 1.5 inches in diameter—that's half an inch thicker than what Polaris bolted on from the factory—so you've got serious durability when you're pushing hard. Add in a 2-inch forward offset and you can fit up to 35-inch rubber.

SuperATV built these with 1.5-inch diameter tubing and 0.138-inch thick walls. Compared to the standard A-arms, that's a full 0.5-inch increase in diameter. The whole thing gets wrapped in a UV-resistant powder coat to fight rust and weather damage out on the trail.

The 2-inch forward offset is the key—it pushes the wheels forward just enough to clear bigger tires without needing a suspension lift. The arm geometry also kicks up your ground clearance by about 1.5 inches, so you've got more room between your RZR and the rocks.

You get 24mm adjustable pivot blocks built in so you can dial in camber to stop uneven tire wear. They come pre-set to your machine's stock specs, so in most cases you're ready to bolt on and go. The kit also includes solid chromoly tie rods with grease fittings so adjusting your toe-in is straightforward.

Three choices here. Heavy Duty ball joints use 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating and handle about double the load of OEM joints. Super Duty 300M joints step it up with premium 300M steel—roughly 2.25 times stronger than stock. Keller Ball Joints feature a two-piece snap-ring-free design that threads on like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull loose on bigger builds.
