Your 2018-2019 Polaris RZR XP Turbo Dynamix is built to charge hard, but the undercarriage takes a beating from rocks, ledges, and rough terrain. Without protection, a solid hit can mean expensive damage to your frame, suspension, and CV boots. This complete protection set wraps all those vulnerable spots in one kit — frame, front and rear suspension, A-arms, and sides — so you walk away with a scrape instead of a trip to the shop.

Material Options
You've got three ways to set this up, depending on how hard you ride:
- Full Aluminum: Every piece is 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum. Solid, rigid, and takes impacts without flexing.
- Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids get beefed up with a 1/4" ultra high molecular weight plastic layer on top of the aluminum. That means better shock absorption and a slicker surface that slides over rocks instead of catching on them. Everything else stays aluminum.
- 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: Go thick with frame skids made from 1/2" UHMW — a tough plastic that resists damage and glides over terrain. The rest of the kit is standard 3/16" aircraft-grade aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Option
Want to add some black finish to your aluminum pieces? We offer black powder coat in two coverage levels:
- Partial Coverage: A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders get coated black for an extra $130. A good choice if you're picking a UHMW option and want all your aluminum pieces to match.
- Full Coverage: Everything aluminum gets the black coat — front bash plate, A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids for an extra $229.
Keep in mind: UHMW can't be coated, so powder coat only works on the aluminum parts. Adding a powder coat finish will tack on about 1-2 weeks to your ship date.
