Material Options
You've got choices here depending on how hard you ride and what you want to spend.
- 3/16" Aircraft Aluminum: All pieces are strong, rigid aluminum that handles serious impacts. Solid all-around choice.
- Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW on Frame Skids: Frame skids get a plastic layer on top of the aluminum for extra shock absorption and a slicker surface that glides over rocks instead of catching.
- Aluminum + 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: Frame skids are thick plastic that resists abrasion and slides easily. Everything else stays 3/16" aluminum.

Black Powder Coat (Optional)
Want it to look more finished? You can add a black powder coat finish. Just note: UHMW plastic doesn't take powder coat, so this option works with aluminum pieces only. If you go this route, expect an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships.
- Partial: A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders in black. Costs $130 extra. Good pick if you're running UHMW frame skids and want the aluminum parts blacked out.
- Full Coverage: Everything gets black—bash plate, A-arm guards, linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids. Costs $229 extra.
