Polaris RZR XP Turbo Flip Down Glass Windshield

Flip-down windshields have a reputation for cracking—they just don't hold up to trail life. This Polaris RZR XP Turbo windshield changes that. You get a glass shield that actually survives the abuse, with the option to flip it down when the weather's good and you want fresh air. It's DOT-approved, comes with a manual wiper and a BreezeRite vent, and it's built to last.

Built Tough from the Frame Up

The frame is steel, not aluminum. That matters because steel doesn't flex and bend like aluminum does. Less movement in the frame means less shaking transmitted to the glass itself. When your windshield isn't moving around, it doesn't crack. You'll feel how solid this thing is the first time you hit rough terrain.

Rubber Protection on All Sides

The weak moment for any flip windshield is when it's down. That's when vibrations and impacts hit hardest. We wrapped the whole thing in rubber straps and bumpers that absorb the punishment. The edges are sealed with a soft rubber tech that stops leftover vibration and keeps water and dirt out at the same time. It's basically a rubber cocoon for your glass.

Practical Extras Included

You get a manual wiper mounted and ready to go. If you want wipers on both sides, there are preinstalled spots on each side—just add what works for you. The BreezeRite vent lets you crack open just a little airflow when you want it without fully lowering the windshield. Everything ships with mounting hardware already in hand, and the glass comes pre-installed in the frame so you're not wrestling with that step.
