Built Tougher Than Standard Frames
Most flip windshields use aluminum frames because it's lighter. We switched to steel instead. Steel doesn't flex like aluminum does, which means less movement, less shaking, and way fewer vibrations transferring into the glass. When your windshield isn't bouncing around constantly, it doesn't crack. Simple as that.
How It Stays Protected
The weakest moment for a flip windshield is when it's down and exposed. We wrapped the edges in Secure Seal Tech—a cushioning system that absorbs leftover vibrations while sealing out water and dirt at the same time. Rubber straps keep the glass locked in place, and rubber bumpers cradle it from below. When you're hitting rough terrain, all that rubber is working to keep the glass stable and safe.
What You're Getting
Inside the box you'll find the windshield already mounted in the steel frame, a manual wiper, and all the hardware needed for installation. Both sides have pre-drilled spots for wipers if you want to add them later. The BreezeRite vent mounts to the top so you can crack some air flow without fully lowering the windshield.
