Polaris RZR XP Turbo Flip Down Windshield

Bad weather shouldn't keep you off the trails. A flip windshield gives you the freedom to go out in rain and wind, or drop it down when you want fresh air and an open feel. This one mounts right to your Polaris RZR XP Turbo and swings down in seconds—you get total control over how much protection you want, whenever you want it.

What You Get

The package includes the polycarbonate windshield, heavy-duty hood brackets, mounting hardware, weatherproof Velcro straps, edge gaskets, and everything else you need to bolt it on. No special tools required for most of the install, and the brackets use existing mounting points so there's no drilling involved.

The Material

SuperATV builds these from 1/4" polycarbonate—a material that outperforms acrylic and glass by a huge margin. It's lightweight but incredibly tough, sitting at 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. You don't have to worry about it shattering from flying rocks or trail debris.

Scratch Resistance

Both sides get coated with XR Optic Hard Coating, which shrugs off scratches and scuffs from branches, cleaning rags, and general wear. The coating also blocks UV rays, so the windshield won't yellow or get sun spots over time. Testing shows it holds up to 100,000+ wipes without visible damage.

How It Works

Keep it fully closed for maximum wind and weather protection, or flip it down to the hood when you want an open-air ride. The Velcro straps lock everything down tight so there's no rattling or shifting, even on rough terrain. The hinge sits low enough that it won't block your sightline either way.
