Polaris RZR XP Turbo High Clearance Boxed A-Arms

Hitting obstacles and wondering what got bent underneath is nobody's idea of fun. Control arms take a beating on rough terrain, and stock ones weren't designed to handle the kind of abuse a hard-charging RZR XP Turbo can dish out. These high-clearance A-arms sit higher and are built way tougher—they'll keep you rolling over rocks, roots, and logs without catching or folding. Plus, you get adjustable camber so you can dial in exactly how your machine handles.

What You're Getting

These come as a pair and ship pre-adjusted to stock specs so you're ready to bolt on. The arms themselves are boxed 1/8" heavy-duty steel with a UV-resistant powder coat. Included are SuperATV's UHMV bushings—they're self-lubricating and nearly maintenance-free, and the longer you ride, the smoother they get. Lifetime warranty comes standard.

Why The Design Matters

The bend geometry gives you extra ground clearance right out of the box. That means fewer snags on trail debris, rocks, and brush—and less metal-on-rock contact when you're navigating tight terrain. The adjustable pivot blocks let you set camber however you want, or just leave them stock. Getting camber right also helps you avoid chewing through tires prematurely.

Ball Joint Options

You get three choices here. Our standard-duty units use hardened chromoly steel with zinc plating—as tough as OEM but at a better price. Step up to heavy-duty, and you're looking at 4340 VAR steel that can handle double the pressure of factory joints; they come with easy-access grease zerks. The top-tier Super Duty uses 300M grade steel and runs 2.25x stronger than stock. All three have adjustable designs and accessible zerk fittings for maintenance.
