What You're Getting
This is a complete rack and pinion replacement for your 2016–2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo or XP 4 Turbo. You pick which tie rod setup works best for your riding style, and everything else comes with it: grease fittings so you can service it after muddy runs, inner boots to keep dirt out, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, studs, and all the hardware you need to bolt it on.
The Dual-Bushing Difference
The key to RackBoss® 2.0's staying power is X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings on both ends of the rack that eliminate internal play and slop. Less movement inside means less wear. The tension spring stays calm, and the whole assembly handles massive tires and rough terrain without getting loose. A grease fitting lets you keep things fresh after a tough day in water or mud.
Tie Rod Options
You get three choices. The swaged steel tube version is the everyday workhorse—strong enough for most rides and easy on your wallet. The solid steel bar setup is beefier, with thicker tie rods (1″ diameter bars) and bigger 3/4″ heim joints, built for hard hits and big tires. The billet aluminum hex is the show-stopper: lightweight 6061 aluminum with 3/4″ heim joints and a polished hex shape that looks sharp while handling the toughest abuse.
