Polaris RZR XP Turbo S Billet Aluminum Radius Arms

These aluminum radius arms replace your stock units with something way stronger and lighter. When you're pushing hard on the trail or hitting jumps, your factory arms can flex and wear out fast. This set gives you the rigidity and durability to handle serious abuse without giving up handling or adding weight to your rig.

You get four complete radius arms, each one fitted with inner and outer 5/8 x 18 heim joints. Steel helical inserts are threaded into each arm so the heims have something solid to grip—they won't strip or back out even after years of hard riding. Everything's covered by a lifetime warranty.

Built From 7075 Aluminum

SuperATV machines these from 7075 aluminum, which gives you an incredible strength-to-weight ratio. The solid 32mm hex bar is much stiffer than your stock 19mm arm, but it doesn't add unnecessary heft. The hex shape is practical too—you can adjust tie rod length and wheel camber with just a wrench, making both setup and field maintenance straightforward.

Heavy-Duty Heim Joints

The chromoly steel heim joints are tough on their own, but the helical inserts take them further. These inserts are built right into the arm's threads and give the heims a durable anchor point that won't fail under trail conditions.
