Description
Stock A-arms don't cut it when you're tackling serious terrain. Rocks, stumps, and trail debris have a way of catching your suspension and slowing you down—or worse, holding you up completely. That's where these high-clearance control arms come in. They're built taller and stronger than what came on your Polaris RZR, so you can roll over obstacles that used to stop you in your tracks.
More Ground to Work With
The bent design of these arms sits higher than stock, giving you an extra 1.5" of clearance underneath. That 1.5" makes a real difference when you're pushing through rough country. Rocks, logs, and uneven ground that used to catch your suspension now slide past underneath. You'll feel the difference on your first ride.
Built Solid and Built to Last
These aren't just taller—they're tougher. The tubing is 1.25" across, which is 25% beefier than what Polaris bolted on from the factory. We use stronger steel throughout, so they can handle the constant pounding that comes with serious trail work. Everything arrives ready to bolt on, and we back them with a lifetime warranty because we know they'll hold up.
Adjustable Pivot Blocks Keep You Dialed
Your wheel alignment matters, especially if you've added a lift kit or gone to bigger tires. These arms come with adjustable pivot blocks that let you fine-tune your camber to keep your tires wearing evenly and your machine handling the way it should. They ship set to stock specs, so you don't have to mess with them unless you want to. That kind of control keeps your suspension working longer.
Ball Joint Options
You can order these arms bare and reuse your stock ball joints, or pick one of three upgraded options:
Super Duty 300M Ball Joints — Made from 300M grade steel, one of the toughest materials out there. They're 2.25x stronger than stock and come with a grease zerk for maintenance and an adjustable steel-on-steel design that won't let you down.
Keller Ball Joints — Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt, so they won't pull apart. Built from chromoly steel studs and tool-steel bodies. They're greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them running perfectly. Note: These don't fit 2020–2021 four-seat models.
Heavy-Duty Ball Joints — A proprietary blend of 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Lab and field testing shows they handle double the load of an OEM ball joint. They've got grease zerks and are fully adjustable.
Standard Duty Ball Joints — Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated. OEM-level strength without the OEM price tag.
Assembly Option
If you order ball joints with your A-arms, we'll install them free of charge and ship everything ready to bolt on. Saves you time in the garage and gets you on the trail faster.
