Description
Your Turbo S's steering rack takes a beating when you're pushing hard on the trails. Over time, all that movement inside the housing adds up—your steering wheel gets loose and sloppy, which throws off your control right when you need it most. The RackBoss 2.0 fixes that problem with a completely redesigned internal setup that keeps everything tight and responsive, no matter how many miles or how hard you ride.
How It Works: Dual-Bushing Design
Instead of letting the rack gear shift around inside, this setup uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings mounted at both ends of the housing. That X24 dual-bushing system cuts internal wear by more than half compared to stock. The bushings sit right where the gear and spring live, so they stay locked in place during hard cornering, big jumps, and aggressive riding. You also get a grease fitting built in, so you can keep everything lubricated between rides.
Three Tie Rod Options
All three versions come with the same tight dual-bushing rack. What changes is the tie rod setup you choose—each one handles different riding styles.
Swaged Steel Tubing
This is the go-to for riders who want solid performance without breaking the bank. The 7/8" diameter steel tubes are swaged (compressed and shaped) for extra strength. They come with 14 mm rod threads on the inner ball sockets and 14 mm outer tie rod ends, paired with 16 mm rack threads. Good for tougher trails without the weight penalty of solid bars.
Solid Steel Bars
Step up to 1" solid steel bars if you're running bigger tires and hitting harder terrain. These use beefier 3/4" outer heim joints and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Built for impact and abuse.
Billet Aluminum Hex
The lightest and strongest option. SuperATV mills these from 6061 billet aluminum and shapes them as hexagons. Paired with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads, they deliver maximum strength with minimal weight. Polished finish looks sharp too.
What's Included
Every RackBoss 2.0 comes with inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and all the hardware you need to bolt it on. All three versions are greasable and rebuildable.
