Polaris RZR XP Turbo S RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion

Your Polaris RZR XP Turbo S works hard, and so does your steering. Over time, the factory rack and pinion picks up play and slop that makes your inputs feel mushy. This RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion system tightens things back up and keeps them tight, even when you're pushing hard with bigger tires and aggressive terrain. It's built way tougher than stock, so your steering stays crisp ride after ride.

How It Works

The secret is SuperATV's X24 Tech—a dual-bushing design using heavy-duty PTFE bushings on both sides of the housing. This cuts internal movement in half compared to the original RackBoss, which means less wear on the rack gear and spring. You get a built-in grease fitting too, so you can keep everything lubricated and running smooth between trips.

Choose Your Tie Rod Style

You get three choices, depending on how hard you ride.

Swaged Steel Tubes: A solid all-around option with 7/8" diameter tubing that's been swaged for extra strength. Inner ball sockets run 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads, paired with 14 mm outer tie rod ends. Good for riders who want better steering without going overboard.

Solid Steel Bars: The beefier choice. These 1" solid steel bars come with larger 3/4" rod threads and 3/4" heim joint outer tie rod ends for maximum durability. Built for heavy hits and wild riding.

Billet Aluminum Hex: The lightest and strongest option. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a hex shape that looks sharp. Uses 3/4" rod threads and 3/4" tie rod ends, with all the toughness you need for extreme terrain.

What's Included

All three versions come with misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, hardware, inner boots, a steering stop kit, and greasable joints throughout. Everything you need for a complete install.
