Description
Your RZR XP Turbo S runs hard through rocky terrain, and that means your frame, A-arms, suspension links, and sides take a beating from rocks, ledges, and whatever else is on the ground. This complete skid plate and slider set wraps all those vulnerable spots in protection, so when you hit something solid, you get a ding instead of a bent frame or busted component.
What You're Getting
This is a full kit that covers your whole machine:
- Full frame skid plate with front bash plate
- Front A-arm and CV boot guards
- Rear linkage guards
- Rock sliders
- All the bolts and hardware you need to bolt it on tight
Two Build Options
All-Aluminum Build: Every piece is 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum. It's strong, stiff, and holds up to hard impacts without denting easily.
Aluminum with Plastic Frame Skids: Keep the aluminum guards on your A-arms and rear suspension, but swap the frame skids for 1/2" UHMW (ultra high molecular weight plastic). This material slides over rocks and logs instead of catching them, which a lot of guys prefer if you're running high-speed lines or riding in really rocky washes.

Powder Coat Color Options
If you want black instead of the natural metal look, we can powder coat pieces for you. Just know that adding a coat adds time to your order—plan on an extra 1 to 2 weeks if you go this route.
- Partial Black Coat ($145 extra): A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders get black powder coat. Good move if you're going with the UHMW frame skids and want the aluminum stuff to match.
- Full Black Coat ($245 extra): Everything except the UHMW gets coated—front bash plate, A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids. (UHMW doesn't take powder coat, so this option is for the all-aluminum build.)
