Description
When you've stacked on a serious lift, portal axles, and oversized rubber, your suspension is fighting against a lot of extra weight hanging out at the wheels. That leverage works against you in every rut and hole you hit—your A-arms take a beating. Track bars give your front end a second line of defense by tying everything back to the frame, so you can actually use all that go-fast hardware without worrying about bending something expensive.
Built Tough Where It Counts
These bars are made from 1.25 inch steel tubing paired with heavy-duty heims at each end. The frame mounting point uses 1/8 inch steel plating to create a connection that won't budge. You're basically adding a solid brace that runs from your suspension to your chassis—think of it as an extra set of arms holding everything in place. The result is roughly double the strength up front, which means bigger bumps and bigger tires stop being a worry.
Smart Geometry Keeps Everything Working
Track bars sound simple until you try to actually design one. Get the angles wrong and you lose suspension travel, clearance, or strength—sometimes all three. These use what's called Double Axis technology to let your suspension move through its full range without binding up. The 3-point geometry they maintain keeps you strong without robbing ground clearance or flex.
The clamps are oversized and solid—testing shows they handle abuse without needing to be welded. Despite their size, they only hang down a couple inches, so you're not losing underbody space.
