Front & Rear A-Arm / CV Boot Guards for Polaris Sportsman 450 (2016–2026)

Your Polaris Sportsman 450's A-arms and CV boots take a beating out on the trail. Rocks, roots, mud, and all kinds of debris can damage these parts fast — and that means expensive repairs down the road. These guards bolt right on to shield them from impacts and abrasion so you can ride harder without worrying about what you're going to hit.

• All the bolts and hardware you need to bolt them on

Build & Material

These are made from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — the same stuff you see on serious off-road builds. Each guard is cut and shaped to fit like it came from the factory. They're solid enough to take real punishment while staying light enough that you won't feel it dragging down your rig.

If you've got a 2021–2026 model, you can also get these with a UHMW plastic overlay bonded to the aluminum. That extra layer handles scraping and rubbing even better than aluminum alone, which matters if you're running tight trails or muddy creek beds.

Fits Straight A-Arms Only

These work on all Sportsman 450 models from 2016 through 2026 — but only if you're running straight A-arms. If yours are arched or modified, these won't line up right.

Black Powder Coat Finish (Optional)

Want them to look like they came from the factory? Add a black powder coat finish for $50. Keep in mind — if you pick this option, tack on an extra 1 to 2 weeks before they ship out.

Installation Notes

When you bolt these on, use blue Loctite instead of anti-seize on all the hardware. It'll keep everything from working loose on bumpy terrain and makes for a tighter, more reliable install.
