Polaris Sportsman 500 Ricochet 4-Piece A-Arm & CV Boot Guards

These A-arm and CV boot guards fit 2006-2013 Polaris Sportsman 500 single-seat models. Choose your year range: 2006-2010 (SKU 629A) or 2011-2013 (SKU 748A).

Your undercarriage takes a beating out there — rocks, logs, stumps, and ruts all go for your A-arms and CV boots if nothing's in the way. These guards bolt right on to keep that damage from happening. You get front and rear coverage, all the bolts and hardware you need to install them, and they're built from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum so they'll hold up to real abuse.

Material & Build

These are made from solid 3/16" aluminum (5052-H32 alloy). That thickness means they won't crumple when you hit something, and aluminum won't rust out like steel would.

Black Powder Coat Option

Want them finished in black powder coat instead? That'll run you an extra $50 and will add about 1-2 weeks to when your order ships. If you skip the powder coat, you get them as-is.

Note: Use blue Loctite on the fasteners during installation — don't use anti-seize.
