These floorboard guards mount directly to your 2025–2026 Polaris Sportsman 570 with straight A-arms and take those hits instead. They're built from heavy-duty 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum and made right here in the USA — solid enough to handle real trail abuse without weighing you down.

Material Options
You've got two choices depending on how hard you ride:
- 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Durable and strong, handles the trail day in and day out
- 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Adds a tough plastic layer on top for extra cushion when you hit something hard, plus it slides smoothly over logs and rocks
Add Wheel-Well Coverage
If you want to protect the whole undercarriage, grab our UHMW wheel-well guards (SKU: 866-WW). They bolt straight onto these floorboard guards and keep mud and rocks out of your wheel wells. Fair warning: they only work when paired with this product.
