Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail A-Arm / CV Boot Guard Kit (2023–2026)
Your A-arms and CV boots are constantly getting hammered on the trail. Rocks, roots, and stumps will tear them up if you don't protect them. This kit gives you front and rear guards that take the beating so your drivetrain doesn't have to. Built tough in aluminum, and ready to bolt on and go.

How it's built
These guards start with 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — that's solid material that won't bend or crack under trail abuse. You can also get them with a UHMW overlay on top, which gives you extra protection against scrapes and friction damage if you're dragging over rocks constantly.
Color and finish options
Standard guards ship as-is. If you want them black, we can add a powder coat finish for $50. Fair warning — if you choose the black powder coat, tack on another 1 to 2 weeks to the delivery time while we get them coated.
Installation notes
Use blue Loctite on all the hardware instead of anti-seize. It'll keep everything locked in place and tighter over time.
