Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail Full Frame Skid Plate Kit (2023–2026)
Your Sportsman 570 Trail takes you into rough country, and that undercarriage needs serious protection. Rocks, logs, stumps, and sharp terrain can tear into your frame, A-arms, CV boots, and floorboards if you're not armored up. This full skid plate kit wraps those vulnerable spots so you can bash through obstacles without worrying about expensive damage underneath.
What You're Getting

- All bolts, brackets, and hardware needed to bolt it straight on
The Build
Everything here is 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — same tough material that serious off-road guys rely on because it actually stands up to punishment. It's solid enough to handle repeated impacts but won't bog you down with unnecessary weight.
If you've got a 2025 or 2026 model, there's also an optional 1/4" UHMW plastic add-on (SKU 8866F-P) that slides underneath and helps you glide over rocks and obstacles more smoothly.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want it black instead of bare metal? Add the powder coat finish for a cleaner, tougher look. Fair warning: if you choose this, plan on waiting an extra 1 to 2 weeks for it to ship.
