Your floorboards are going to get hammered on the trail, and these guards are here to take the punishment so you can keep moving. We built these specifically for the arched A-arm Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail (2025–2026 models). They're made from tough aluminum, built in the USA, and won't weigh you down. Rocks, roots, stumps, branches — they can handle it all. Important: These only fit arched A-arm models. They will not work on straight A-arm Sportsman 570s. Not sure which you have? What You Get
The kit comes complete and ready to bolt on. You'll get the pair of guards (left and right) and all the hardware you need to mount them. No hunting for extra fasteners, no surprises.
Pick Your Material
3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid, proven aluminum that handles trail abuse without unnecessary weight.
3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — This combo gives you extra shock absorption. The UHMW plastic layer helps things slide over obstacles instead of getting hung up.
Add Black Powder Coat
Want them blacked out instead of bare metal? Drop an extra $30 on a black powder coat finish. Looks sharp and adds real durability. Just know that if you go this route, tack on an extra 1 to 2 weeks to your ship time while we get them coated.
