Built from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, which means it's solid enough to handle real abuse without being overkill. This thickness gives you the protection without turning your machine into a tank.

About the black powder coat finish: If you want the black powder coat instead of the standard finish, tack on an extra $80 to your order. Just know that adds about 1-2 weeks to how long it takes to get your parts shipped out. The black coat is the only color option if you go that route.
