Polaris Sportsman 800 Ricochet 4-Piece A-Arm & CV Boot Guards

If you've got a 2003-2014 Polaris Sportsman 800, your A-arms and CV boots are sitting right where rocks, logs, and stumps like to take their shots. These guards bolt on to keep that damage from happening. We make kits for both the earlier models ('03-'10, SKU 629A) and the later ones ('11-'14, SKU 748A).

What You Get
The kit includes guards for both front and rear A-arms, plus CV boot protection. Everything you need to bolt it on comes in the box — no hunting for hardware.

Built Tough
These are cut and bent from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum. That thickness means they'll actually take a hit without folding up on you.

Color Options
You can add a black powder coat finish for an extra $50. If you go that route, tack on 1-2 weeks to your ship time while we get them coated. Without the powder coat option, you get the guards as-is.

Assembly Tip
When you're bolting these on, use blue Loctite on the fasteners instead of anti-seize.
