Rocks, logs, and stumps can wreck your undercarriage fast. This kit bolts underneath your Sportsman to take those hits so your machine doesn't. You get a full frame skid plate plus an extra bash plate up front where you need the most protection.

Material choices

You've got two options depending on how hard you ride. Straight 3/16" 5052 H-32 aluminum is solid and holds up well. Or step up to 3/16" aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer — that plastic layer on top slides over rocks instead of catching, which a lot of guys prefer if you're in rocky terrain.

Want it in black instead of bare aluminum? Add $80 and it'll take an extra 1-2 weeks to ship while we coat it. Black only for the powder coat option.
