Material Choices

Pick what works for your riding. You've got two routes:

• 3/16" 5052 H-32 Aluminum — solid, tough, and ready to work
• 3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW — adds a slick ultra-high-molecular-weight layer on top for extra glide and durability in the roughest conditions

Black Powder Coat Finish

Want a black powder coat instead of the natural aluminum? You can get it. Just know it'll add 1-2 weeks to your ship time since it has to be finished after we build it. We've got two coverage levels:

• Visible pieces only: Black coat on just the A-arm guards — $50 extra
• Complete coverage: We black coat everything — front bash plate, A-arm guards, floorboards, and all frame skids — $160 extra
