These A-arm and CV boot guards are built for 2020-2025 Sportsman 850 Trail models with arched A-arms (SKU 931A). Your undercarriage takes a beating on the trail — rocks, logs, and stumps can wreck those boots and A-arms if they're not protected. These guards sit in the line of fire so your suspension components don't have to.
What You Get
The kit includes both front and rear A-arm guards plus CV boot protection. All the bolts and fasteners you need are in the box, so you can bolt them on and get riding.
Build & Materials
They're cut from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — that's solid, tough stuff that holds up to impacts without weighing you down. It's the right thickness for real trail use.
Finish Options
You can run them as-is, or add a black powder coat finish for an extra $50. If you go with the powder coat, tack on another 1-2 weeks for delivery since it's done to order.
Pro tip: Use blue Loctite on the fasteners instead of anti-seize.
