Polaris Xpedition 4 Ricochet 6-Piece Aluminum or 1/2" UHMW Full Frame Skid Plate Set

Your 2024 Polaris Xpedition ADV 5 is ready to tackle rough country, but your undercarriage isn't — rocks, logs, and stumps will tear right through an unprotected frame and belly if you let them. This full skid plate and bash plate system shields everything underneath, from the front all the way back through the frame. You get to choose between aluminum or UHMW depending on your terrain and riding style, bolt it down, and head out without worrying about what's going to happen when you hit something hard. Built right here in the USA and made specifically for the ADV 5.

What You Get

The kit covers your entire undercarriage with a front bash plate and full frame protection. It comes with all the bolts and brackets you need to mount it up. This is designed only for 2024 Polaris Xpedition ADV 5 models — it won't fit the XP.

Aluminum Option

3/16" thick 5052-H32 marine-grade aluminum gives you a tough, corrosion-resistant shield that can take repeated hits without cracking. It's the choice if you want something that looks clean and stock right when you bolt it on. The aluminum option works with our optional black powder coat upgrade if you want to change the color after the fact.

UHMW Option

1/2" Ultra-High Molecular Weight polyethylene is incredibly dense and self-lubricating — it slides over rocks and roots instead of catching them and jolting your frame. The smooth surface deflects impacts away from your rig rather than transmitting shock straight through. Pick this if you're running rocky or rooty terrain and want less noise and a smoother feel when you're taking hits. The front bash plate on this version is aluminum with a black powder coat already applied, so there's no color upgrade available for the UHMW setup.

Black Powder Coat (Aluminum Only)

If you go with aluminum and want a black finish instead of the standard look, add the powder coat upgrade for $220. Just know that adding this finish adds about 1–2 weeks to your ship time.
