SuperATV makes these panels from quarter-inch polycarbonate mounted in a steel frame. The poly is roughly 250 times tougher than OEM glass, so it won't shatter from flying rocks or rough terrain. They come coated with XR Optic hard coating on both sides, which resists scratches and keeps the surface clear for years. You also get a price break compared to factory glass replacements.

How They Seal
The poly panels are bonded into the steel frame for strength and stiffness. Installation is straightforward—a few bolts and brackets bolt to your machine's frame. The bulb seal around the edges compresses tight, so nothing sneaks in around the edges. Rain, wind, and dust all stay out.
