Polaris Xpedition MaxDrive Power Flip Windshield

Your Polaris Xpedition cab needs protection from wind, weather, and trail debris—and you need the flexibility to adjust it on the fly. The MaxDrive Power Flip Windshield solves that problem with push-button control right from your seat. No wrestling with straps or manually locking brackets. Just tap the dash-mounted switch to open it all the way, close it tight, or dial in any position in between.

This windshield uses electronic actuators to move smoothly and quietly. Press the button, and it goes wherever you want it. Leave it open when you're cruising and want fresh air. Snap it shut when weather rolls in or you're hitting rough terrain. Stop it halfway if that's what feels right. You're in full control without leaving your seat.

The windshield itself is made from 1/4-inch polycarbonate—a material that's roughly 250 times tougher than standard glass. Flying rocks, branches, and trail debris won't crack or shatter it. The electronic actuators are heavy-duty, designed to handle constant movement and vibration from rough ground. SuperATV's durable clamps hold everything tight so you get a clean, quiet ride with no rattling or flexing.

Polycarbonate can scratch under normal use, so we coat ours with XR Optic Hard Coating—a protective layer that resists abrasions and keeps the windshield looking clear for years. The coating also shields against UV damage and yellowing from sun exposure. You won't see the coating, but you'll definitely notice the difference.
