Your Can-am Outlander 450's rear end takes a beating out on the trail, and the factory belly pan doesn't protect everything underneath. Rocks, stumps, and logs can get at the exposed undercarriage and cause real damage. This rear skid plate bolts right on and covers that vulnerable area — it's made to fit 2017–2022 models and install in just a few minutes with basic tools.

Pick Your Setup
You've got two choices depending on how hard you ride and what kind of protection you want.
- 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid, proven aluminum that's been tested on countless trails. Tough and straightforward.
- 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Stacks a layer of UHMW plastic on top of the aluminum for extra absorption when you're hitting big obstacles. Takes impacts better and lets the plate slide over rocks and stumps more smoothly.
Black Powder Coat Option
If you want it finished in black instead of bare metal, you can add a powder coat for $30. It's durable, looks clean, and ties the whole build together. Just know that if you choose this finish, plan on an extra 1–2 weeks before it ships out.
